CitiKitty ships all U.S. orders (including APO & FPO) by USPS 2-3 Day Priority Shipping. Orders are usually shipped the next business day and have a transit time of approximately 2 days to major metropolitan areas, and 3 days to more rural areas. Please note that while USPS 2-3 Day Priority Shipping is fast and packages are usually shipped in 1 business day, the arrival time is not guaranteed. Shipping for the first kit is $5.40 and $3.00 for each additional kit.
Canadian orders are shipped via UPS Standard to Canada. Orders are usually shipped the next business day and have a transit time of approximately 2 days to major metropolitan areas, and 4 days to more rural areas. Please note that while UPS Standard Shipping is fast and usually ships in 1 business day, the arrival time is not guaranteed. Shipping within AB, BC, MB, ON, QC, & SK is $11.70 and $3.00 for each additional kit. Shipping to all other provinces is $17.20 and $3.00 for each additional kit.
All other countries are shipped by USPS 4-6 Day Express Mail Service. Orders are usually shipped next business day and have a transit time of approximately 4 days to major metropolitan areas, and 6 days to more rural areas. Arrival time is not guaranteed. Shipping for the first kit is $19.00 and $3.00 for each additional kit.
Returns
The CitiKitty Toilet Training Kit comes with a Manufacturers Guarantee. If you find a manufacturers defect you may return the seat to CitiKitty for a replacement up to 30 days from date of purchase.
If you wish to return your kit all returns are subject to a $3.00 USD restocking fee. Shipping & handling is non-refundable. All returns must be received within 30 days of date of purchase. To request a refund for your return please e-mail info@citikitty.com.
